Partnered with both Little Mindful Yogis and Trailside Academy for children's yoga. Offering both regular flows and more game-based yoga experiences. Also applicable under the Private Class bookings for parties and other events.
Reiki Healing

Offering 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions which include a calm and comforting environment with healing frequencies in the background as different hand placements are used to provide direct connection and healing. Crystals and the burning of palo santo or incense is optional. $40-160.
